About the project: editorial policy and who we write for
Next Poker Guide (nextpoker.org) is an independent educational website about fast-fold / Next poker and related cash formats. We publish practical guides on mechanics, rules, strategy concepts, and responsible gambling. We are not an online casino, poker room operator, or official brand representative for any gambling company.
Our mission
Our mission is to help adult readers (18+) understand how fast-fold poker works, what changes compared with classic cash games, and how to manage risk, bankroll, and session discipline. We aim for clarity over hype: no “guaranteed profit” language, no pressure to gamble, and no presentation of poker as a reliable income source.
We also disclose affiliate relationships transparently. Some outbound links may earn us a commission if you register or deposit with a partner. That does not change our editorial goal: explain the format honestly and point readers to responsible-play resources.
Who runs this site
The site is operated as an independent information project focused on fast-fold poker education. We are a small editorial team, not a licensed gambling operator. We do not hold player funds, process wagers, or provide customer support for any poker room.
For editorial, privacy, or correction requests, contact us at contact@nextpoker.org. We aim to respond to substantive factual reports within a reasonable timeframe.
What we are — and what we are not
- We are: an informational / affiliate guide that may link to third-party operators through disclosed partner redirects.
- We are not: a casino, sportsbook, payment processor, financial adviser, lawyer, or medical service.
- We do not: guarantee results, promise “easy money,” or claim official operator status.
If you choose to play for real money, you do so with third parties under their terms, licensing, and limits. Always verify legality, licensing, and safer-gambling tools in your jurisdiction before depositing.
Editorial standards
- Accuracy: we separate verified mechanics (how pools and fast-fold flows work) from opinion (strategic suggestions).
- Updates: poker software and pools change; we revise pages when interfaces, terminology, or widely used practices shift materially.
- Responsible framing: strategy content is paired with limits, variance warnings, and links to independent help organisations where relevant.
- Affiliate transparency: partner links and the internal partner redirect page are disclosed on this site and on redirect pages.
- No pay-for-ranking: partners do not buy editorial placement; affiliate relationships do not determine factual claims about rules or risk.
Editorial team (real editors, not decorative “authors”)
Content is produced and reviewed by named editors for accountability (E-E-A-T). The section cards on the home page labelled “Explore the guide” are navigation to site sections, not separate celebrity authors. Below are the people responsible for editorial quality.
How we create and review content
- Outline: each major guide starts from reader questions (mechanics, limits, typical leaks).
- Draft: editors write or update the page in the target language; we do not machine-translate English and leave it unreviewed.
- Fact check: rule and UI claims are checked against current public operator documentation where applicable.
- Safety pass: responsible-gambling warnings and affiliate disclosures are verified.
- Publish: static HTML is regenerated from
content/sources so changes remain reproducible.
Correction policy
We welcome factual corrections. If you believe a page contains an error about rules, terminology, or safer-gambling resources, email contact@nextpoker.org with the page URL, the quoted passage, and your source if available.
- We will acknowledge receipt when possible.
- Verified errors are corrected in the source content and republished.
- Material corrections may note the update date at the bottom of the page.
- We do not guarantee immediate changes for subjective strategy disagreements, but we may clarify wording if a section is misleading.
Affiliate disclosure (summary)
Next Poker Guide may earn a commission when you use partner links, including pages under partner redirect. Commissions help fund hosting and content updates. They do not remove poker variance or operator terms. Read the full privacy and cookies policy for data handling when you leave our domain.
